to Our Employee Service Center

Our Employee Service Center was created with our greatest asset in mind, YOU! 

​

Our employee service center is a "one-stop" online location for employees to easily access information and submit requests all from the convenience of any computer or mobile device at any time. 

 A company password is required to view any information below or submit a request. If you need any assistance with submitting a form or have forgotten the company password, please contact HR. If you are a new hire, you can find the company password in your new hire packet.

 

Some requests will require you to verify your unique employee ID. Your four-digit employee ID can be found on your Paylocity profile or on your paystub. From Paylocity, simply click on your name in your profile. You can find your employee ID under Work, then ID.
